SESSION FEES

Individual therapy: Session fees are for registered psychologists are $240 per 50 minute sessions + 10 minute admin. Session fees for registered psychotherapist are $170 per 50 minute sessions + 10 minute admin.

Couple therapy: Session fees are for registered psychologists are $260 per 50 minute sessions + 10 minute admin. Session fees for registered psychotherapist are $180 per 50 minute sessions + 10 minute admin.

Psychological services are not covered by OHIP, but many extended health care insurance plans cover all or a portion of the cost of therapy that is provided by a Registered Psychologist or under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist. We recommend confirming this with your insurance provider prior to your first session. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

When you make an appointment we set aside a specific time slot for you. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The easiest way is to send us an email to admin@ottawathrivepsychology.com. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you may be charged the full session fee.
